City Meet heat sheets will not be available online or on Meet Mobile. Heat sheets will be for sale at the ticket booth. Results should be available on Meet Mobile. Coaches will have heat sheets, and swimmers actually don’t need to know their heats and lanes. When their event is called, they will report to the Clerk of Course tents, and parent volunteers there will organize everyone. Parents of 10 & Under swimmers: please write your child’s last name and “SAC” on the back of the shoulder to help the clerk of course out!

As a reminder, there is no practice Thursday or Friday due to City Meet.

Our make-up meet with Crestwood Hills is coming up on Tuesday! You can RSVP here. This meet will continue where it left off, at event 24. Anyone on the team can enter in the meet! But it is still technically the same meet that we started on July 1, so there is a Four swim limit for all athletes. This only means that if you already swam the IM, Free, and in the Medley Relay, then you can only swim in one more event. If you didn’t swim at all on July 1, you can enter in four events: Back, Breast, Fly, and the Free Relay. SAC is leading, 115 to 111, let's keep it that way!
