First Practice
Hello SAC Families! Sevierville’s first practice is commencing tomorrow morning, June 5th!
Here is the practice schedule. It is the same weekly schedule as last year. Please note, the evening practices are only for those that cannot attend a morning practice. Swimmers may only swim once a day.

Mock Meet
On Thursday, June 8, we will hold our Mock Meet and Kick Off Party! The mock meet is to get an idea of what everyone’s times will be so the coaches can better strategize our line up for the upcoming meet. More importantly, parents will practice a few key volunteer roles such as timer, scribe, and runner.
This will double as a social event! We will hand out team shirts and team suits. We will also sell caps ($15) and goggles ($20-$30); cash or check only.

Meet Theme Voting!
Swim meets are part competition and part celebration! We are going all-out this year by dressing up for swim meets! I am inviting all swimmers on the team 13 & Over to cast their vote. I have assembled a list of 23 possible ideas. We have only 5 meets, including City Meet. Submit your vote here! Deadline is Wednesday!

Meet - June 13
SAC is hosting the first meet of the season next Tuesday, June 13. Please arrive by 4:45pm for our 5:00pm warm ups. Events start at 6:00pm. The meet should conclude by 9:15pm at the latest.
You can RSVP here. There are green buttons for RSVP and Job Signup for this meet. The RSVP will close on June 12 at 9:30pm. If your swimmer is not RSVP'd, they will not be entered in the meet. We also need parents to volunteer for the meet! Please sign up for a job. Not only do we need volunteers to have a meet, it’s a bunch of fun being in the action at the edge of the pool!

Urgent Communications?
When there is thunder or lightning, the pool and deck must be cleared. All alerts will also go to emails, but please also download the Swimtopia app on Android or Apple to receive push notifications. Make sure your notifications are turned on as well, instructions can be found here.
