Literally 8 seconds after I sent out my previous email, I received the warm up schedule!

8:10-8:25am on the Scoreboard end, in lanes 4, 5, 6.

Those aged 10 and Under will be in Lane 4, 11-14 will be in Lane 5, 13 and Over will be in Lane 6. The 13-14 age group will be split between Lanes 5 and 6.
